Tesla will launch a “Tesla Bot” humanoid robot prototype next year, created for dangerous, repetitive, or monotonous work that people don’t like to do, Tesla CEO Elon Musk said. He said the robot could do jobs like attaching bolts in cars with a wrench or picking up groceries at stores.
βThe robot can suggest intelligent ideas for the economy,” Musk said. He said that the machine was not “super-expensive.” The AI Day event came due to rising investigation for the safety and capabilities of Tesla’s “Full Self-Driving” advanced assistant system. Musk seemed sure of achieving full self-driving.
