Legendary Music Composer and Singer Bappi Lahiri died at Mumbai’s CritiCare Hospital today at 69 years. โBappi Lahiri was admitted to the hospital for a month and was discharged on Monday. But his health worsened on Tuesday, and his family asked a doctor to visit their home. He was then brought to the hospital. He had several health issues. He died due to obstructive sleep apnea (OSA),โ Dr Deepak Namjoshi, director of the CritiCare Hospital, said.

Bappi Lahiri sang and composed popular songs in different films of the late 1970s-80s, such as Chalte Chalte, Disco Dancer, and Sharaabi. He popularised disco music in the country. His last Bollywood song was for the movie Baaghi 3.
