The GIFT Nifty futures, which is an early indicator of the Nifty50 index stocks, were trading higher by 88 points at 25,160, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a positive start on Wednesday.

Earlier on Tuesday, 24 June, Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex gained by 158.22 points or 0.19%, and settled at 82,055.11 while the Nifty50 traded 0.29% higher or 72.45 points, closing at 24,044.35.Β 

Here are some stocks that are likely to remain in focus on 25 June.

PTC Industries: Aerolloy Technologies, a subsidiary of PTC Industries, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Safran Aircraft Engines to manufacture military aircraft engine components and materials in India.

JB Chemicals: JB Chemicals has secured USFDA approval for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Amitriptyline Hydrochloride tablets in multiple strengths ranging from 10 mg to 150 mg. These tablets are indicated for the treatment of depression.

Hindalco Industries: Aditya Holdings LLC, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Hindalco Industries, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of US-based speciality alumina producer AluChem Companies Inc. for $125 million.

BLS E-Services: BLS E-Services, via its subsidiary Zero Mass, has agreed to acquire the Customer Service Points (CSPs) of the State Bank of India and HDFC Bank under the Business Correspondent (BC) model from Sub-K Impact Solutions. The acquisition, conducted on a slump sale basis, is valued at Rs 6.5 crore.

Aurobindo Pharma: CuraTeQ Biologics s.r.o., a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma, has received marketing authorization from the UK’s MHRA for Dyrupeg, a pegylated filgrastim biosimilar. Dyrupeg, used to treat neutropenia in cancer patients, had earlier secured European Commission approval in April 2025.Β 

RITES: The company has received a Letter of Intent from the Gujarat Urban Development Company for third-party inspection services covering water supply, underground drainage, and STP projects under Amrut 2.0 and SJMMSVY schemes for a total consideration of Rs 28.5 crore.

Bajel Projects: The company has announced securing a major contract worth between Rs 100–200 crore for setting up a 400kV GIS and a 765kV AIS extension substation. The order came from a leading private-sector player in the power transmission industry.
