The GIFT Nifty futures, which is an early indicator of the Nifty50 index stocks, was trading higher by 34 points at 25,178.50 indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a positive start on Wednesday.
Earlier on Tuesday, 10 June, Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex slumped by 54 points or 0.06% and settled at 82,391 while the Nifty50 traded flat, closing at 25,104.Β

Bharti Airtel: The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has imposed a Rs 1,01,000 penalty on Bharti Airtel for failing to properly verify subscribers. Airtel stated in an exchange filing that the penalty relates to violations of DoTβs subscriber verification norms, which mandate telecom operators to thoroughly verify customers before activation and comply with regulatory guidelines.
Talbros Automotive Components: The company and its joint ventures secured orders worth βΉ580 crore from leading OEMs for both domestic and export markets.
