The GIFT Nifty futures, which is an early indicator of the Nifty50 index stocks, was trading higher by 55 points at 24,730 indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a positive start on Wednesday.
Earlier on Tuesday, 3 June, Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex slumped by 182 points or 0.22% and settled at 81,451 while the Nifty50 traded 0.33% lower by 83 points, settling at 24,750.70.

Zydus Lifesciences: Zynext Ventures USA LLC, a subsidiary of the company, has signed a Securities Purchase Agreement with US-based immuno-oncology firm Agenus Inc. Under the deal, Zynext will acquire 2.133 million shares, equivalent to a 5.9% stake in Agenus at $7.50 per share, amounting to approximately $16 million. This investment strengthens Zydus’ immuno-oncology pipeline and expands its global footprint.
Servotech Renewable Power Systems: The company has announced securing an order for a 7.8 megawatt (MW) grid-connected solar rooftop project from the Rangiya Division of the Northeast Frontier Railway for a total consideration of Rs 33.6 crore.
Wipro: Wipro, the AI-driven technology services and consulting firm, has secured a multi-year contract with Entrust, a global leader in identity-centric security solutions. Under the agreement, Wipro will deliver strategic expertise, scalability, and agility to support Entrust in fast-tracking its growth journey.
Techno Electric & Engineering Company: RailTel Corporation of India has selected Techno Electric & Engineering Company as its managed service data centre partner on a revenue-sharing model. Through its digital platform arm, Techno Digital, the company will design, finance, build, and operate a 10MW data centre in phases on RailTel’s land in Noida.
R Systems International: The company has announced a strategic partnership with Mavvrik to help enterprises gain visible and precise financial control over rapidly escalating investments in AI, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure.
L&T Technology Services: The company has announced signing a strategic agreement with Tennant Company, wherein the company will set up an Offshore Development Center along with a scalable engineering team to support Tennant’s efforts across product lifecycle management, new product development, and other key business functions.
Gland Pharma: The company has announced securing approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Angiotensin II Acetate injection 2.5 mg/mL, which is used for increasing blood pressure in adults with septic or other distributive shock.
